Fulton County, Georgia "County" The successful consultant will provide general legal information and advice to Fulton County citizens. The Family Law Resource Section and the Senior Legal Services of the Courts Justice Resource Center are designed to primarily assist low to moderate income individuals who ordinarily could not afford an attorney. The Management Team is looking for a successful consultant to continue to execute and deploy the development and delivery of a Family Law legal consultation program of the Fulton County Courts Justice Resource Center (JRC). The vision is that the Family Law component will continue to func-tion by providing onsite and remote legal consultation sessions on Family Law matters to include assistance with the completion of paperwork for purposes of filing with the Fulton County Superior and Magistrate Court Clerk¿s Office. The Management Team is also looking for a successful consultant to continue to execute and de-ploy the development and delivery of a senior services legal consultation program of the Fulton County Courts Justice Resource Center (JRC). The JRC¿s Senior Services component will function in a similar way to the Family Law component in which assistance and information would be pro-vided to seniors (age 60 and over) who wish to educate themselves on legal issues underlying the elder population, such as Wills and Probate (Estate Planning and Guardianship), Landlord and Ten-ant issues (evictions), Federal and State benefits (Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security), Fraud and Elder Abuse, and Grandparents Rights. As with the family law consultation sessions, the senior ser-vices consultation component would not involve representation.
