26TSD 470-WAPs

Thompson School District is looking to refresh our aging wireless network. We currently have 742 Aruba 315 IAPs (or equivalent), 554 Aruba 305 IAPs, 26 Aruba 335 IAPs, 20 Aruba 367 IAPs (or equivalent) and 10 Aruba 303h IAPs. We would like to replace these with the most modern equivalent APs capable of handling at least the same number of clients as the APs listed. Any model will be considered, so please bid the make and model you feel works best. Price will be evaluated based on a 7 year total cost of ownership so please clearly break out any ongoing subscription and support costs and, if possible, please include a total 7 year cost of ownership including hardware costs in your bid to aid in our evaluation process. APs must be able to auto channel and power select for a high density deployment. APs must receive software support for at least 7 years and preferably 10. Please include all required mounting hardware. All indoor APs mount to standard ceiling grid. All outdoor APs are wall mounted. - All quantities & capacities are approximate. All inquiries & bid responses must be directed VIA EMAIL to the technical contact listed on this Form 470. Vendor is responsible for providing their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). All bids received must be specific for services requested on this Form 470. SPAM bids will be disqualified.
