This is an SB-MB Only Solicitation for Hazardous, RCRA and Universal Waste Removal and Disposal Services. Contractor shall provide services as specified to the Veterans Home of California - Yountville (Home), located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, California 94599. The Home is a Small Quantity Generator and rarely generates Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste. Contractor shall furnish all labor, licenses, permits, supplies, materials, insurance, packaging, tools, vehicles, placards, labels/markings, and equipment (including personal protective equipment and safety equipment) required to provide services for collection, disposal, transportation and disposal of Hazardous, Universal and RCRA wastes (excluding radioactive or biohazard waste), and other items of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated. All work by the Contractor will be under the direction of the CalVet Contract Manager or his/her designee, in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations.
