The Project consists of construction of a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and flow meter (FM) vault, with associated piping and appurtenances at the Richland Creek Water Treatment Plant to regulate pressure in the plant feed piping and provide flow monitoring. The scope will include, but is not limited to, the following major elements: ¿ Construction of a new underground PRV and FM vault, including a precast concrete vault, access hatches, and an internal access ladder. ¿ Installation of new finished water piping and sample line within and outside the vault, including all required fittings, restraints, and connections to existing water mains. ¿ Furnishing and installation of a PRV, FM assembly, isolation and bypass valves, and associated mechanical appurtenances. ¿ Provision and installation of electrical power, grounding, and instrumentation necessary for flow and pressure monitoring, including conduits and wiring for integration with the existing control system.
