Objective: The DNR is seeking to purchase a 3 point rotary tiller matching the specifications of a Valentini U2500 or a State of Iowa approved equivalent. The make and model are intended to illustrate the general characteristics of the tiller needed and not meant to limit competition. All equivalents must provide detailed specifications with their quote. Any deviations to the following specifications should be noted next to the specification listed below by either handwriting or inserting a comment next to the specification. The DNR reserves the right to determine if the deviations are acceptable. Vendors must be authorized manufacturer representatives authorized to extend manufacturer’s warranties. NOTE: Anytime the Respondent opens their bid after the initial submission, they MUST certify and resubmit. No information will be lost from the initial submission. NOTE: Respondent must approve and resubmit their Proposal after an amendment has been posted by the Issuing Officer. If the Proposal was submitted before the amendment, all information will be saved. The Respondent only needs to read and acknowledge the amendment.
