The Town of Needham is soliciting sealed bids for solicitation number BD-27-1303-NEE08-NDM51-134887 to provide on-call carpentry services. The scope of work includes the installation and repair of drywall, flooring, millwork, and wooden structures, as well as general maintenance, patching, and painting. The contractor must be capable of interpreting blueprints and coordinating with other skilled trades.
