US Army Contracting Command-Warren proposes to award a sole source firm fixed price commercial contract to Meggitt Sensing Systems., 30700 Rancho Viejo Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675-1748 for the purchase of Endevco Accelerometers for Occupant Centric Platform Technology Enabled Capabilities Demonstrator (OCP TECD) testing. The Endevco Model 2262A-2000 is the same model that was used in previous tests at Aberdeen Testing Center (ATC) and is necessary to compare data to other testing conducted there. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement to Daniel A.
