PRON: AX9T7032AX, NOUN: Parts Kit, Gas Turbi, NSN: 2840-01-573-5138; P/N: ATPE-T55-100, minimum quantity: 25 each and maximum quantity of 125 each on a restricted firm fixed-price five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to CH-47 Turbine Engine with deliveries to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Required delivery is 25 each 275 Days After contract Award (DACA) and up to 25 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Advanced Torque Products, LLC. (CAGE: 3GWU8) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
