The project scope involves extensive structural, utility, and preservation work on one lodge, eight cabins, one garage, two outbuildings, and a water well structure to convert them into employee housing. Key technical requirements include the installation of a new sanitary sewer collection system, lift station, and water distribution for domestic and fire service, as well as the expansion of the parking lot to include ADA spaces.
