The required delivery without First Article Testing is 25 each due 210 Days After contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Kulite Semiconductor Products INC., Code: 34345. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
