Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is looking for possible sources that can provide the following type of equipment or items similar to the following description: Wall mounted winch to be attached at the indoor base swimming pool. The ? inch nylon rope will run from the winch, down the length of the pool to be hooked to a student in a parachute harness. The parachute harness has a quick release system that will release them from the winch rope.
