Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Atlantic Region, on behalf of various government departments, has a requirement for a Regional Master Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of Boxed Lunches on an “as and when requested basis” for the period of the Standing Offer. A list of client departments is included at Appendix 1 to Annex Statement of Requirement. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up. More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
