The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, intends to issue solicitation RFQP06031400002, for the provision of various subsistence products to include dry, frozen and meat products (Certified Kosher Food). This solicitation is for the 2nd Quarter Subsistence of Fiscal Year 2014 and is 100% set-aside for small business. The orders will need to be delivered starting January 6, 2014, and received in full by January 17, 2014, award is fill or kill. Deliveries will be made to the FDC Honolulu (Warehouse), 351 Elliott Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government.
