This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; PHMSA is requesting quotes and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number DTPH56-11-Q-000011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-48.
