The Government requires one (1) custom-built, marine-grade, 3-phase step-down transformer, 27 kVA or higher, for use with a Naval Conex box aboard civilian research vessels. The transformer shall meet specified electrical, environmental, grounding, and mechanical requirements, including mandatory compliance with MIL-T-15108C. The Solicitation and Attachment 1- Salient Characteristics, are attached to this notice and provide the complete requirement, quotation instructions, and evaluation criteria.
