Each vehicle must come with a minimum two-year original equipment manufacturer warranty and a valid Certificate of Conformity. VAT is included in the bid price at 19% for offers originating in Germany and the applicable rate for offers from other EU member states. The solicitation number is PR15972009, with responses due by May 24, 2026, and submission is expected via physical delivery rather than electronic systems. No FAR clauses, evaluation factors, or source selection criteria are formally specified beyond the requirement for technical compliance and firm fixed pricing. There are no stated requirements for packaging, preservation, or labeling beyond standard OEM VIN and CoC documentation, and no additional certifications, socioeconomic status disclosures, or subcontracting information are needed. Payment details, contracting officer representatives, and accounting codes are not provided, indicating that the transaction is treated purely as a commercial procurement of standard vehicles under DDP terms.
