*The amendment is to adjust the quote due date to Tuesday 8 September 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. And to correct the voltage on CLINS 0001 and 0002 on Atch2_PricingSheet_v2.* 


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA461026Q0048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for thirteen (13) pad-mount transformers on Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB).


This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 335311, and the applicable PSC is 6120, the size standard of 800 employees.


The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating program does not apply to this acquisition.


This RFQ is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. The Government reserves the right to award some or all of the line items represented herein. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse for costs associated with providing a quote.
