This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70LCHS26QPFB00038 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Accordingly, only quotes submitted by responsible small business concerns will be considered for award. This requirement is associated with NAICS code 336612 with business Size Standard 500.

REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Charleston, SC has a Brand Name ONLY requirement for 30' Tournament Contender Boat with Twin 4.3L Offshore F350 Hp Yamaha outboard engines. Pricing shall be inclusive of all costs, fees, and charges associated with performance, including, but not limited to, materials, labor, packaging, handling, shipping, delivery, and any other expenses necessary to provide the required items. No additional charges shall be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Government.

Offerors shall also include the estimated build or production time for each item, as applicable, and the anticipated delivery date after receipt of order. Pricing and delivery information shall be clearly stated on quote.

b. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email contact@example.gov and are due no later than September 22, 2026, 4:00 PM ET. Submissions must have Solicitation No. 70LCHS26QPFB00038 in subject line of the email.

(a) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
