This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 31019-226139/B dated October 19, 2022 with a closing of November 10, 2022 at 11:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires a Battery Test System suitable for single-cell testing and cycling for Lithium Ion Batteries and Vanadium Redox flow Batteries, to be installed at the NRC facility in Vancouver, BC (4250 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver BC). The system must come with integrated Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). All mandatory requirements must be met to be awarded this contract.All deliverables, including installation and training, must be delivered by March 15, 2022.The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $76,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra).
