Full Description
The purpose of this contract is to establish a structured testing process to verify the reliability and mechanical integrity of the firefighting vehicles. Testing will be conducted in alignment with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1911 and other applicable standards, including manufacturer guidelines and local regulations. The results will inform maintenance and repair actions to sustain fleet readiness and ensure continued operational effectiveness.

NOTE: Questions must be entered on Attachment 5 “RFI Listing – Apparatus Performance Testing” and emailed to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer by 1200 EST on Thursday, June 18th, 2026. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation. Offerors will have an opportunity to review the responses to RFIs prior to submitting their quotes.
