DSCC is proposing to add 79 NSNs to an already existing Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) SPM7MX-07-D-7026 with Rockwell Collins (13499). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authroity of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1).
