The Department of the Army, Installation Contracting Command, Enterprise and Installation Operations, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Vaisala Measurement Systems at 104 South Taylor Avenue, Louisville, Colorado 80027, a contract for 200 Radiosondes. The DigiCORA III upper air sounding subsystem is a radiosounding data analysis, archival and relaying sounding system. The system is made by VAISALA, Inc. and is the only system used by the Army Meteorological Team for this purpose. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
