The Ohio Department of Transportation (hereafter referred to as the Department) is seekingbids for dry pavement marking retroreflectivity measurements collected with a 30-meter mobileretroreflectometer unit (MRU). The purpose of this projectis to perform activities related to acquiring retroreflectivity data. This will eliminate the personnel safety issue related to data collection by handheld devices. Using mobile instruments will provide immediate feedback to establish pavement marking needs and will aid the Department in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance of pavement markings placed on state highways.
