The Department of the Air Force has awarded a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Tinian Hotel services to Hong Ye Construction Ltd, TRUNORTH GOVX LLC, and Top Development Inc. The BPA agreement numbers are FA502526AB003, FA502526AB004, and FA502526AB005, respectively. 


These BPAs establish a framework for the Air Force to issue orders for lodging and hotel services in support of personnel operating in Tinian, CNMI. BPA holders will be eligible to compete for individual orders, with evaluation criteria provided at the order level. 


The total cumulative value of all orders placed under the Tinian Hotel Services BPAs shall not exceed $5,000,000.00.
