The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center's Natick Contracting Division intends to award a contract to Hills Incorporated, a small business based in West Melbourne, Florida, for technical assistance and spare parts related to government-owned fiber-spinning equipment. Additionally, the company will supply miscellaneous parts and accessories for these machines on an as-needed basis. The proposed contract structure consists of a one-year base period with four optional extension years. Classified under NAICS code 333298, this acquisition leverages the specialized expertise of Hills Incorporated, as they are deemed the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency's specific technical and supply requirements.
