THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The following is a summary of what the Government intents to solicit.


*** BCMA OUTPATIENT MEDICATION BARCODE SCANNERS FOR VISN 15 ***


All quotes will be for the requested BCMA Outpatient Medication Barcode Scanners and they must be listed on the Government’s Oracle Health’s Validated Peripheral List in order for the quote to be considered. 


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1,000 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract, FOB Destination requirement.    


All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on June 15,2026.  Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting.  Due date for submission of quote will be July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT).
