375 Technology Drive - Hotel Project

The project at 375 Technology Drive in Watsonville, California, involves the development of a five-story, 70-foot-tall Holiday Inn Express hotel with 95 guest rooms spanning 72,348 square feet. It includes a total of 100 parking spaces, with 80 of those spaces provided through mechanical stacking devices to maximize efficiency on the site.
