This announcement is notification of projected sole source acquisition IAW FAR 6.302-1. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 333120. This is projected notification as a sole-source requirement pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) with respect to a patented Power Application System (PAS) regarding application mix of colorant, water, fertilizer, odorants, or pesticides to wood waste products.
