Full Description

The Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to competitively award a FFP purchase order for two 2) each electric Multidirectional Sideloaders, brand name Hubtex MQ 30 or equal. Dimensions of largest goods to be handled: Length: 402 cm, Width: 102 cm, Height: 80cm, Weight: 2,350 kg. Area of operation inside: Length: 1,830 cm, Width: 1,220 cm, Height: 335 cm. Note: The concrete beams supporting the ceiling are 36 x 36 cm and reduce height accordingly. Entrance Doors: Width: 238 cm, Height 287 cm. Note: Maximum height should be considered at 280 cm. Stacks are configured 4 containers high. Lifting device: Collapsed height: 2200-2300 mm, Free lift: 480-500 mm, Maximum Equipment Height: 2500-2600 mm, Extended mast height: 3350mm. To include horizontal mast reach damper. Forks: 1050 mm in length. Hydraulic fork adjustment, hydraulic tilt and integrated hydraulic sideshift. Overall Dimensions: The overall dimensions of the sideloader shall be tailored to the above operational environment. Steering: Electronically controlled 4 wheel steering allowing diagonal, longitudinal, cross and circular operation. The sideloaders to be furnished shall be new, from the manufacturers most current production and shall comply with the applicable DIN, VDE and accident prevention regulations applicable in Germany. Sideloaders shall be delivered FOB Destination Kaiserslautern in Germany (commercial shipment). Time of delivery: twelve (12) weeks after date of order, earlier delivery is encouraged at no additional cost to the US Government. Procurement is being conducted in accordance with requirements of FAR Part 13, Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CM-10-T-0055 will be issued on or about 02 Feb 10 with a closing date of on or about 23 Feb 10. A copy of the RFQ may be requested in writing from Ms. Rostock-Clements and Ms.Pleuer-Goette by email. Email request shall be sent to both individuals.
