All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-03-09 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT. will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary:The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has a requirement for the Development of an effective mRNA-based African swine fever vaccine that can differentiate vaccinated from infected animals. Objective: In this study we propose to generate an mRNA vaccine which express 15 different antigens of ASFV, and test them in vaccination-challenge experiments at the National Centre for Foreign Animal disease (NCFAD), Winnipeg, Canada. The mRNA vaccines will be designed, produced and supplied to the NCFAD by a contractor. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: It is anticipated the contract will be effective from date of award to 2023-12-31.
