39th AS Deployment Gear

The 39th Airlift Squadron is seeking to procure a comprehensive set of deployment gear through a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under NAICS code 315990, with the solicitation number FA466126Q0049 and a response deadline of 29 June 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. The requirement encompasses eleven distinct line items including Crye G4 FR tops and bottoms, A2CU flight suit coats and combat trousers, ballistic eyewear with swappable clear and shaded lenses in black and compliant with the Authorized Protective Eyewear List, double magazine pouches, APECS parkas in Operational Camouflage Pattern constructed of waterproof, windproof, and breathable laminate material, cold weather mechanic’s gloves in Coyote Brown with insulated lining, watch caps made of double-sided microfleece, cold weather wool socks with at least 60% Merino wool, and flame-resistant flight suits. All items must meet stringent military specifications outlined in the Salient Characteristics document, and delivery is mandatory within 30 days after contract award at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, under FOB Destination terms.
