The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing third-party stage technician Labor for the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya). The overall objective of the RFP is to select a company that can provide skilled labor in technical theater, including (but not limited to) specialized areas of audio, lighting/electrics, carpentry, rigging, fly rail, wardrobe, and stage management. Qualified bidders will be able to provide temporary stagehand technician labor as needed to assist The Soraya in presenting live, live-streamed, and recorded events while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and service.
