AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm ET. All bids submitted after October 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm ET will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc3678096133 dated October 6, 2022 with a closing of November 24, 2022 at 13:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Polar Knowledge Canada (POLAR) is seeking the services of an experienced, well-networked, highly skilled professional project and program management company to administer the suite of awards programs including design, manage and oversee particular aspects of the grant administration, advertising the competition, adjudicating applications through a coordinated multi-stakeholder review committee and to provide recommended lists of awardees to POLAR for its consideration and acceptance.
