This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD Division 41. The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of parts and services as required to maintain and improve operational readiness, safety, reliability, maintainability of equipment and systems used by the U.S. Navy. Specifications are listed in the attached SSN.

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials (described in the Sources Sought Attachment) to meet Division 341 needs.

NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to contact@example.gov by 06:00PM EST, 21 October 2025.

Responses shall list "N64498-25-RFPREQ-PD-41-0314" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
