The Bureau of Reclamation’s Eastern Colorado Area Office is seeking a total small business set-aside contract for the supply and installation of a new 50-ton water-cooled chiller to replace the existing Carrier Model 30HK-050-D-610 unit at its facility in Loveland, Colorado. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price acquisition under NAICS code 333415, restricted exclusively to small businesses as defined by the Small Business Administration. The contractor must provide a commercially available chiller that matches or closely conforms to the performance, capacity, and operational characteristics of the existing unit, including a 100% duty cycle rating during peak summer conditions, 460 VAC, three-phase, 60 Hz electrical requirements, and compliance with all applicable safety and performance standards such as ANSI/ASHRAE 15, NEC, ASME, ARI 550/590-2003, and ISO 9001:2000.
