Each building is a three story 26,640GF, concrete and masonry structure, constructed in 1965.. The work shal lbe executed within ninety (90) days of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Provide a Base Bid for Building L, M and N and a separate Add Alternate Proposal for Building O. Interested Parties can request a detailed Scope of Work. There will be a Pre-Negotiation meeting with potential Deisgn-Build Contractors which will be held at the Homestead Job Corps Center. Participants wil linlcude representatives form the Department of Labor and it Engineering Support Contractor (ESC).This meeting is intended to familiarize the Deisng-Build Contractor with the objectives of the project, the programmatic requirements and other inputs and constraint stemming from center operations. A date for the meeting wil be provided at a later date.
