The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Sundanzer Development, Inc. Tucson AZ for a Solar-Powered mobile beverage Chiller unit for comparative testing purposes against other equipment and for evaluation efforts testing. This specific unit is being acquired from this vendor for initial evaluation only. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
