This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.105(a). The requirement is in support of the activation of the new VA Lancaster Clinic/Antelope Valley CBOC. The vaccaine refrigerators will be used to store vaccines and other medical products at a stable temperature to ensure they do not degrade.
