A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the 41st Street well site station located at 4050 Chew Street and 41st Street, Allentown, PA 18104. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting/site visit is mandatory for a bid to be considered. Online sealed bids shall be submitted via the PennBid Program until 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2025. Paper bids will not be accepted. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except for any fees that the successful bidder may be responsible for paying directly to PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. On October 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive the sealed bids and open them online, with results being made public via PennBid. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one-hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. Funding for this project is provided by South Whitehall Township local funds and by grant funds award to the Township by the Commonwealth of PA Local Share Account Grant contract #C000094124.
