This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00244-09-T-0685. This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-36 effective 2009 August 11 and DFARS Change Notice 20090825.
