The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis to US Divers Co Inc. 2340 Cousteau Ct, Vista, CA 92081-8346: 80 each CONSHELF XIV 2ND ST, 75 each THRUST WASHER, 45 each CSAV BOTTLE, 90 each CSAV BOTTLE POCKETS, 150 each BLACK CLAMP, 30 each WRIST COMPASS, 50 each WRIST DEPTH GAUGE, and 8 each DEPTH/HP PR GAUGE. US Divers Co Inc. is the only approved provider of the items above that are required by USMC Raids and Reconnaissance Office and Naval Special Warfare (SPECWAR). No substitutes are accepted. Delivery shall be FOB Origin to NSWC Panama City C/O NSA PC-101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339999, FSC code is 4220. The award will be on or before 24 September 2010, and it will be based on a fair and reasonable price.
