The overall objective of this work is to install contemporary and compliant fire suppression systems for the kitchen hood, electrical vault, and data center/Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN) room at PIADC. The dimensions of the kitchen hood space have a width of 132 inches, a depth of approximately 40 inches, a floor to ceiling height of 108 inches along with a floor to the bottom of the kitchen hood height of 84 inches. The electrical vault has an area of roughly 561 square feet and a ceiling height of approximately six feet. The data center and the HSDN room cover a cumulative area of roughly 750 square feet and above, at a height of about 10 feet, is a drop ceiling. The Request for Proposals (RFP), including the Statement of Work (SOW), will be released after April 10, 2008, upon request and completion of the site visit. Approximately six (6) weeks after participation in the site visit, interested contractors will be asked to submit proposals that will include designs that must be reviewed and approved by PIADC and meet or exceed the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard on Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems 2008 Edition, Factory Mutual (FM) Approval Guide, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) Listings, Building Code of New York State, Fire Code of New York State, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and any and all other applicable codes and standards. Recoverable Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Frontline Operational Awareness and Surveillance Missions
Solicitation # 70RSAT26RFI000030
The Department of Homeland Security, through the Drone Development Program, is conducting market research via Request for Information 70RSAT26RFI000030 to identify recoverable, reusable, lightweight, and rapidly deployable small unmanned aircraft systems. These multirotor systems are intended to support a wide range of frontline missions, including surveillance, search and rescue, incident response, perimeter security, disaster assessment, maritime awareness, and law enforcement support. DHS is seeking complete kits that include the air vehicle, ground control station, electro-optical or infrared camera payloads, and necessary training and support materials. Key requirements include NDAA compliance and adherence to Blue UAS, Green UAS, or equivalent cybersecurity and supply chain maturity standards. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. However, the government is requesting estimated pricing for quantities ranging from 10 to 50,000 units, noting a target price of approximately 3,000 dollars per kit for high-volume production. Future acquisition strategies may involve a multiple-award IDIQ, catalog-based ordering, or a phased award approach. Interested respondents must submit a cover page, a completed summary table, and a narrative response not exceeding three pages to DHSDPD@hq.dhs.gov by November 5, 2026. Evaluation of potential systems may eventually focus on rapid deployment, video quality, range, endurance, and the ability to scale production.

Information Technology Support Services (ITSS)
Solicitation # 70RSAT25FC0000007
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate is preparing to extend Task Order 70RSAT25FC0000007 for Information Technology Support Services with Silosmashers, Inc. under the existing Blanket Purchase Agreement, without competition, for a 10-month period from August 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. This extension is justified under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR Subpart 6.103-1 due to the unique and specialized knowledge Silosmashers holds regarding DHS S&T’s IT infrastructure, workflows, and stakeholder expectations. The contractor provides critical services including enterprise architecture alignment with federal standards such as FEAF and TOGAF, information assurance and ISSO support for classified systems and SCIFs, and day-to-day IT operations including help desk, patch management, and asset tracking. A competitive recompete has been delayed due to FY26 funding lapses, and transitioning to a new vendor before completion of the acquisition process would introduce unacceptable risks including security vulnerabilities, noncompliance with mandates, service disruptions, and mission degradation. The incumbent’s established relationships, institutional knowledge, and continuous operational presence are essential to maintaining uninterrupted support for DHS S&T’s mission-critical systems, including SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Platform. All hardware, networks, enterprise architecture, information assurance, and service delivery functions are covered under this task order, with performance based in Reston, Virginia, and administrative oversight from Washington, D.C. The requirement is classified as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 541512. While no solicitation document exists and this notice is solely for informational purposes, interested parties may submit their capabilities to the Contracting Officer for potential consideration. The government retains full discretion to proceed with the sole-source modification to ensure continuity of mission support, and all inquiries must be directed in writing to Danette Williams at danette.williams@hq.dhs.gov.

Instructional Design and Classroom Training DeliveryThe contract entails the development and delivery of classroom instruction and training materials focused on systems engineering for personnel and contractors of the Department of Homeland Security. The work is structured under a subcontract arrangement and falls under the NAICS code 611430, which corresponds to professional and management development training. The instruction must be tailored to meet the specific technical and operational needs of DHS stakeholders, ensuring that training content is both comprehensive and practically applicable within federal systems engineering environments. The performance location is not specified, suggesting potential flexibility in where training may be conducted, possibly across DHS facilities or virtual platforms. All deliverables must align with the mission of the Sci Technology Acquisition Division, requiring subject matter expertise in systems engineering principles and pedagogical skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts into accessible, instructor-led formats. There is no set-aside designation indicated, meaning the opportunity is open to all eligible contractors, and the posting date of June 26, 2026, suggests this is a future solicitation with anticipated activity beginning after that date. The lack of a designated point of contact or physical address implies that further details may be obtained through the provided SAM.gov link, and the subcontract nature indicates the primary contractor will be working under a larger DHS acquisition framework.
