2. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground Edgewood Contracting Division (ACC-APG ED) intends to award a sole source ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 Contract Negotiation to Avox Systems, 225 Erie Street, Lancaster, NY 14086 pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract will allow for the procurement of Full Rate Production MPU-5 JSAM masks. Size Part Number NSN Small 806999 4240-01-592-2205 Medium 806899 4240-01-592-2204 Large 806799 4240-01-592-2201 Extra Large 806699 4240-01-592-2208 The MPU-5 supplied by Avox systems is the only mask capable of meeting performance specification EA-M-10031. Additionally, the Government intends to purchase MPU-5 JSAM RW masks, associated spare parts, non-recurring engineering efforts, test and logistics support in support of any remaining US Navy and US Marine Corps Operational Test events. The guaranteed minimum production quantity for this contract is 22,949 MPU-5 systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
