This contract pertains to the procurement of 70 units of a filter element (NSN 7H-4330-014379116-X3, TDP VER 007) to be delivered to two DLA distribution points located in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not hold rights to use the data required to purchase or repair this part from additional sources, and acquiring such rights or reverse engineering the part is deemed uneconomical. As a result, the Government intends to negotiate this contract with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority.
