Caltrans proposes to enhance and rehabilitate the pavement and multiple transportation assets on Interstate 15 (I-15) in San Diego County, between postmile (PM) M26.8 to PM R52.1, in and near the City of Escondido including unincorporated areas of northern San Diego County such as the communities of Rainbow, Fallbrook, Jesmond Dene, and Bonsall. The project would improve or rehabilitate assets including pavement, drainage, Overhead Sign Structures, guardrail, Complete Streets, and Traffic Management Systems such as traffic signals, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps, and crosswalks.
