AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 26, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Statistics Canada’s Canadian Health Survey: Direct Measures (COHS) requires five (5) portable dental chairs to serve as backup units during data collection. The chairs must be delivered to Ottawa, ON within 12 weeks following the contract award. Bidders must meet all mandatory requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The contract period extends from the award date to one year after delivery and acceptance. Additionally, an option is available on the contract to purchase more portable dental chairs within two years following the contract award, including an extended warranty for up to two additional one-year periods per chair if the option is exercised.
