There are three (3) Protected Trees, zero (0) Significant Trees, and zero (0) Trees in the Public Right of Way and zero (0) Trees are proposed for removal. The Arborist Report was prepared by Killian Vendler, Certified Arborist License #WE-14059A dated June 19, 2025 and was reviewed and stamped by Urban Forestry Division staff on July 17, 2025. This environmental analysis does not authorize the removal of any street trees without the prior approval of Urban Forestry, in compliance with LAMC Section 62.9169 and 62.170 and their applicable findings.
