The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for contracted guard services at the Immigration Holding Centres (IHC) in Laval, Quebec; Toronto, Ontario and Surrey, British Columbia; the Designated Immigrant Station (DIS) in Saint-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec; as well as for Inland Operations in the Prairies Region. The CBSA will require the contractor to provide services of detention guards and transportation services to assist with the care and control of the individuals under the supervision of CBSA (both detained and non-detained). The services are required for the following five Regions: Region 1 - Quebec Laval Region 2 - Quebec SADP Region 3 - Ontario Region 4 - Prairies Region 5 – Pacific The period of the Contract is from date of Contract until March 31, 2029 with the possibility to exercise up to 5 one-year optional period and a transition period of 16 weeks, under the conditions. Up to five contracts, one per region, may be established as a result of this solicitation of offers. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
