The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for contracted guard services at the Immigration Holding Centres (IHC) in Laval, Quebec; Toronto, Ontario and Surrey, British Columbia; the Designated Immigrant Station (DIS) in Saint-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec; as well as for Inland Operations in the Prairies Region.
