The resultant award(s) will be firm fixed price IDIQcontract(s) with One (1) Base Year and Four (4) Option Year ordering periods.This requirement is part of the Hull, Mechanical, & Electrical (HM&E)Standardization Program. It will allow for DoD activities and CommercialShipbuilders under Navy Shipbuilding and Maintenance Contracts to order from theresultant contract. Proposal evaluations will include Best Value Factors of PastPerformance (Quality and Delivery and prior SDB subcontracting) and Price andSmall Business Participation.
