ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Chele Hinds, Contracting Officer; email: contact@example.gov. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX5F5544AX; NOUN: Kit, Pressure Tester; NSN: 4920-01-624-4400; P/N: 102-00214; Min qty of 20 each and Max Qty of 50 each on a three year basic plus 2 Options type contract with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 20 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 15 each year on options 1 & 2 until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Barfield, Inc. (CAGE Code: 21844) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications.
